1. Frame & Construction

   • Made from Mild Steel (MS) tubular frame with epoxy powder coating (50–60 microns) for durability.

   • C-shaped / U-shaped base to slide easily under hospital beds.

   • Strong, stable, and corrosion-resistant.

2. Top Surface

   • ABS molded top (approx. 750 mm × 400 mm).

   • Smooth, washable, scratch-resistant, and bacteria-resistant surface.

   • Rounded edges for patient safety.

   • Option for raised edge design to prevent spillage.

3. Height Adjustment

   • Fitted with a gear mechanism for smooth height adjustment.

   • Adjustable height range: 760 mm to 1050 mm (±10%).

   • Gear provides easy, precise, and long-lasting performance compared to spring/rachet type.

4. Mobility

   • Mounted on 4 swiveling castors (50–75 mm), at least 2 with brakes.

   • Easy to move and position near the patient bed.

5. Load Capacity

   • Designed to hold up to 20 kg distributed load safely.

6. Finish

   • Epoxy powder coated (standard hospital white / ivory).

   • Optional: Stainless Steel (SS) version available.
